This year, many companies have had to reconsider how to entertain and meet with clients. With many restaurants and meeting spaces limiting capacity, the golf course remains a preferred space to build business relationships, and public courses are overflowing as a result. Even local private courses are seeing increased traffic and tee times this year, leaving organizations needing to host discrete meetings seeking alternative solutions.

There’s no better place to do business than on the golf course, and few courses are as exclusive and in consistently impeccable condition as Dormie Network’s collection of private destination clubs.

Dormie Network’s business concept is built on creating memorable experiences, with each meeting or event completely customized to the needs of your group. Our membership model is one you haven’t seen before: members have full access to each club under a single dues structure with no greens fees, cart fees, assessments, or reciprocal play arrangements.

Each network club features a championship course designed by a master architect (two from Coore & Crenshaw, two from Fazio, and one each from Palmer and George), relaxed pace of play with 15-minute tee times, and pristine turf conditions throughout the year supervised by expert agronomists.

Everything you need to host client meetings, corporate retreats, incentive trips, teambuilding events, holiday parties, or charity galas is on site: unmatched golf, fine dining, corporate merchandising, and choice lodging.

Build relationships more quickly with a single destination

We’ve found that Dormie Network members are able to maximize their time with clients and colleagues while at a club because everything is on site—there are no cabs to catch or debates on where to have dinner. When you need face time beyond the course, Dormie clubs offer multiple spaces to meet and continue the conversation.

Each club has, or is in the process of building, full-service clubhouses with chef-prepared cuisine, sommelier-led wine programs, and hand-crafted signature cocktails. Each club’s menu takes cues from the region, from Hidden Creek’s seafood tower to ArborLinks’ 28 ounce porterhouse to Briggs Ranch’s pork barbacoa enchiladas. Onsite chefs and sommeliers are happy to work with you to create bespoke dishes and drinks guaranteed to delight your guests.

The club will truly feel like home when you and your guests take your own golf cart down the path to your private onsite cottage. Each cottage boasts four master suites, common area lounge, dining space and kitchenette with a stocked bar, and an outdoor firepit. With a network standard of 60 beds on site by the end of 2021, there’s plenty of space for your guests to relax.

Create an experience unique to your group needs

With plans to expand to ten or more clubs, Dormie Network offers the opportunity to meet your clients around the country. Members have full access to each club, so even if your office is based in Chicago or Tampa, you can do business at Hidden Creek near Atlantic City and Philadelphia or ArborLinks near Omaha and Kansas City.

For a fun, relaxed outing we recommend Briggs Ranch in San Antonio, and if you and your foursome are up to the challenge, we dare you to take on Victoria National near Evansville and Louisville. Ballyhack in the Blue Ridge Mountains just outside Roanoke is breathtaking, and nothing compares to the quiet forest of Dormie Club near Pinehurst.

No matter your skill level or the mood of the experience you want to create, there’s a Dormie Network club to match. With 15-minute tee times, each round takes a relaxed pace (and a welcome change from the office), so you can take the time to focus on building the relationship with your group.
