With 60 beds across 15 well-appointed cottages, GrayBull’s lodging is designed for connection—post-round laughs, card games, or sunrise coffee with a view. GrayBull’s cottages are intentionally perched on a natural rise in the landscape. The cottage architecture pairs modern design with rustic charm, harmonizing with the natural tones of its surroundings. Relaxing on the covered deck, you’ll take in uninterrupted views featuring rolling dunes, native grasses, and miles of the very sand that you’ll meet on the course. With an east-facing deck, you’ll be treated to Nebraska’s best-kept secret: a sunrise that stretches endlessly over the horizon.
Inside, massive windows bathe the interiors with natural light, creating a bright setting. The cottages’ interior design merges modern luxury and Western charm with subtle nods to the heritage of GrayBull and the American frontier. Keep an eye out for small touches like photographs, locally inspired décor, and in the Owner’s Cottage, even a model of the yellow truck you’ll spot on the course.
Choose Your Ideal Cottage at GrayBull
Lodging at GrayBull consists of 15 total cottages: 13 Executive Cottages and 2 Owner’s Cottages. Each cottage type is designed with comfort and functionality in mind while catering to various group preferences and sizes. All cottages feature four private master suites with a central common area perfect for trading stories from the day’s round. The spacious common area has a wet bar, dining area, and living room. Whether you’re staying at GrayBull for business, leisure, or a little of both, the cottages are built to bring people together without skimping on privacy. Each suite has a private bathroom with a steam shower because, frankly, you’ve earned it.
GrayBull is the first property in the Network to offer two Owner’s Cottages. Spanning two levels, the Owner’s Cottage is for groups that like more space to spread out or hang out. Executive Cottages neighbor each Owner’s Cottage, making it easy for larger groups to book a row of cottages for additional lodging while using the Owner’s Cottage as the central gathering space. It’s the kind of setup that turns one night into three without thinking twice.
The upper level showcases an expansive gathering area with high arched ceilings and exposed wood beams, a living room with a fireplace, and a large dining table that can serve a dual purpose for meetings or mealtimes. There’s also a private chef’s kitchen for bespoke culinary experiences.
Highlights of the lower level include a pool table, golf simulator, TV, and bar—the ideal post-round hangout. The simulator is a Full Swing Golf Sim, regarded as one of the best simulators and launch monitors in golf. Golf clubs are waiting at the simulator, ready for whenever you want to pick one up and play. A bar-style table seats eight.
