Course Conditions

Golf is king at Dormie Network clubs, making course conditions top priority. Immediately following an acquisition, the focus is on the course and the attention and resources it needs from the standpoints of equipment, staffing, and technology. Dormie Network is constantly investing to establish and maintain pristine year-round course conditions at every club. The newest machines and cutting-edge agronomic technology keep courses playing at their best.

Hospitality & Lodging

Major capital improvement projects are currently in both the planning and execution stages at every Dormie Network club. There will be a minimum of 24 bedrooms at all existing properties by mid-2019 (with the exception of Dormie Club in Pinehurst, which will have lodging by mid-2020).

Renovations and upgrades to Dormie Network’s clubhouses, comfort stations, and cottages ensure members and their guests have access to the amenities and facilities they need to get away for the weekend, entertain clients, or simply relax and play a couple rounds.
