All-New Dining Experiences at Briggs Ranch: A taste of San Antonio with an upscale twist
It’s all about Briggs Ranch this fall and winter. The club just opened new casitas, welcoming members and guests alike to take advantage of a warm-weather stay-and-play getaway. The club has also just launched dinner service, an all-new lunch menu, and an intimate reservation-required Chef’s Table experience.
The inspired farm-to-table menus offer a taste of genuine Texas cuisine with the upscale flair members have come to expect from kitchens across the network.
Executive Chef Josh Reeves invites you to Chef’s Table, a four-course, high-end dining experience. Available every Thursday and Saturday evening starting at 6 p.m., the dinner is designed for parties of up to six and is available to one party per evening.
