- Truck Stop (A lit 16,000-square-foot putting/chipping green facility) by spring 2022
Dormie Club (clubhouse shown above, Owners Cottage shown in banner photo) | West End, North Carolina
- Lodging: 15 new cottages in three sizes (Dormie, Executive, and Owners) open in fall 2021
- All-new full-service clubhouse opens in fall 2021
- Standalone pro shop opens in fall 2021
- New maintenance building, housekeeping building, comfort station, and entrance gate opens fall 2021
- 12,000-square-foot putting green and 23,000-square-foot driving range opens fall 2021

- Lodging: Three additional Houses (48 additional beds) open in spring 2022
- Mobile pizza oven onsite summer 2021
